“I came to Michael more than 6 years ago. As a cyclist, I was riding a lot. I had lost approximately 15 pounds then stopped losing any more weight. I was frustrated. My wife had already been working with Michael for more than 4 years at that time (now it’s more than 10 years). I started lifting with Michael’s guidance and the fat literally melted away. I lost the remaining 45 pounds pretty quickly.

I appreciate Michael’s guidance and reassurance. He is able to design a program for me and my specific needs as a cyclist. Often, I have read some article about exercises that cyclists should be doing. Now, Michael is not a cyclist. But I can go through the list of suggested movements and check many of them off as I have done them with Michael.

My wife, Sharla, had back surgery (BACK SURGERY!!) a few years ago. After the surgery, she was back in the gym appx 6 weeks later. Michael was able to design a program for her to strengthen her back but also keep her injury free.

Michael does not follow the latest fads. He follows a common sense approach to fitness. I am absolutely convinced that the money that I have paid to Michael would have been sent to some doctor who did nothing other than to treat my symptoms but did not make me anymore healthy. With that money, I invested in myself and it was (is) more than worth it in my opinion.

One more point. Michael has clients ranging in age from 10 to 75 or 80. Before you say that you can’t, you should try it. You most likely can.”

“I have been trying to lose weight since the birth of my daughter…5 years ago. I have been on so many programs. Counting calories, counting macros, 21 day fix, Vertue Method, Be Well by Kelly, etc. I have failed miserably and been drowning in frustration and guilt.
